How Did We Start 2 Lost Turtles?

After our father passed away in 2022 we took a trip to remember our father and because we needed to connect after realizing just how important family is to us. What really struck us was just how many good times we shared playing games around a table. With that in mind we formed our company 2LostTurtles to design games which help bring families together. We hope to honor our father's memory by helping others create shared memories with their families. We truly hope these games bring joy to you and your family and friends.

How Did We Come Up with the Name 2 Lost Turtles?

This is an inside joke back to when our parents rescued 2 turtles on a highway in Kansas on a trip back from our grandparent’s house.  We kept these turtles in our backyard for months.  One day our parents claimed, they’d miraculously escaped their box our fenced yard as well.  We were wildly naive and looked for them for days. Later in life they finally told us they’d let them loose to run free at a local pond.  We’ve just really loved this story and now you’re included in this inside joke (we have a lot of them).

What If I Have Suggestions for Rules Changes?

Go to the Contact Us page and send us your idea.  Sometimes rules need to be changed and some variations in game play can lead to new and exciting game play.  The important thing for us is that everyone is having fun and creating memories.
